Marketing options

Since the event is organised under the support of RILEM and taking into account numerous contributions received, it is expected that a large number of national and international delegates will be attracted, equally researchers, engineers, contractors, specifying organizations, industry associations, scientists, students and concrete laboratories. We would like to give you an opportunity to present your company during the conference and show your support to design, constructing and maintaining durable and sustainable concrete structures.

General Sponsorship (2.000 EUR)

  • The logo of the Sponsor appears on all printed material of the conference (proceedings, programme etc.)
  • The logo of the Sponsor appears on the conference website, with a link to the Sponsor’s own website
  • At the conference, the Sponsor will be given wall space to present a poster or a banner
  • The Sponsor will be acknowledged in the conference proceedings and in one of the opening speeches
  • At the conference, the Sponsor’s logo will run across the presentation-screens between tea and lunch breaks (in form of a screen saver)
  • The Sponsor can insert promotional material (up to 8pp) and/or a small item (gift, paper pad, pen, or similar) into the conference bag
  • Sponsorship includes full registration of 2 participants (full registration includes all conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and conference banquet)

General Sponsorship plus exhibition (3.000 EUR)

  • All items listed under General Sponsorship
  • Sponsorship includes full registration of 3 participants (full registration includes all conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and conference banquet)
  • At the conference, the sponsor will be given exhibition space, including a standard exhibition set-up (booth, table, 2 chairs, facia board, power supply).

Additional to the general sponsorships, the following marketing and corporate advertising opportunities are available:

  • advertising in the conference proceedings on 1/1 page (500 EUR)
  • presentation on boards set up in the conference areas (300 EUR)
  • logo in the proceeding (300 EUR)
