Centre for Projects, Innovations and Technology Transfer

The Centre for Projects, Innovation, and Technology Transfer (CePITT) aims to promote scientific excellence and technological advancement at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. CePITT provides comprehensive support to researchers, students, and collaborators in various aspects. It is dedicated to promoting research and innovation through various initiatives and programs, with the main goal of creating an environment that supports the creation of new knowledge and the development of technological solutions.

CePITT's activities include support for research and project work, as well as technology and knowledge transfer.

CePITT performs the following tasks:

• – informs students and staff about open calls for funding scientific research and development projects
• – provides information on rules, procedures, and necessary documents for project implementation
• – organizes informative and educational workshops and similar events for students and staff of the Faculty
• – supports researchers in matters of intellectual property and technology transfer
• – maintains records of submitted projects and intellectual creations of the Faculty
• – provides administrative support in procedures related to the development of new products and services based on technological solutions and expertise of Faculty researchers, in matters of assessing the commercial potential of innovation or seeking funding sources for further innovation development
• – collaborates with the offices of the University of Zagreb, as well as agencies and ministries responsible for project implementation, including matters of intellectual property and technology transfer.
