The Right to Access Information Act (Official Gazette Nos. 25/13, 85/15, and 69/22) regulates the right to access information and the reuse of information held by public authorities in accordance with the conditions and limitations set forth in the aforementioned Act.
The right to access information includes the right of users (any domestic or foreign natural and legal persons) to request and receive information, as well as the obligation of public authorities to provide access to the requested information. It also includes the obligation to publish information regardless of a specific request when such publication is required by law or other regulations.
The University of Zagreb Faculty of Civil Engineering provides access to information by:
a) Timely publishing information about its work in an appropriate and accessible manner, namely on its website, to inform the public
b) Providing information to a user who has submitted a request in one of the following ways:
- Directly providing the information,
- Providing the information in writing,
- Allowing inspection of documents and making copies of documents containing the requested information,
- In another suitable manner
Information and documents that are publicly available in electronic form can be accessed directly through the Faculty's website, without the need for a specific request. For all other information and documents, the user of the right of access to information can submit an oral or written request as follows:
