The secretary of the Faculty coordinates activities of the Department of Shared Services, manages the Secretariat and Student Administration Office and is responsible to the Dean and the Council. Activities of other departments are coordinated by the heads of relevant departments, responsible to the relevant Vice Dean and the Dean.
