Beton Lučko d.o.o. has been active for many years as one of the leading producers of concrete elements on the Croatian market. Its production is specialized in reinforced concrete slabs for closing tram tracks, as well as in products for urban paving, including city squares, sidewalks, parks, paths, and other public surfaces. A special segment of its business is the production of noise barriers, through which it actively contributes to solving traffic noise, a major problem in urban environments. The company has participated in several scientific projects, such as ECO-SANDWICH, RUCONBAR, and CIRCLEAR.

Zagreb Electric Tram (ZET) is the public transport operator of the City of Zagreb, responsible for the organization and maintenance of tram and bus traffic. It is one of the key pillars of the city’s functioning as a modern metropolis. From the first horse-drawn trams at the end of the 19th century to modern low-floor trams and a contemporary vehicle fleet, ZET has continuously modernized and introduced new technological solutions to improve service quality and the accessibility of public transport. In recent decades, special emphasis has been placed on monitoring industrial trends, digitalization, and advanced traffic supervision and management systems, enabling more efficient planning, faster response in emergency situations, and better passenger information. As a partner in the ENVIRAIL project, ZET provides a real operational environment for measurements, testing, and the application of innovative noise-reduction solutions, directly linking research results with the needs of everyday public transport for a large number of users.
