The University of Zagreb Faculty of Civil Engineering (hereinafter: Faculty of Civil Engineering) seeks to make its websites accessible in accordance with the Law on the Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia ("Official Gazette", No. 17/19; hereinafter: the Law) which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.
Level of compliance
The website https://www.grad.unizg.hr/ is partially compliant with the Law due to the non-compliances listed below.
Inaccessible content
The content listed below is inaccessible due to the following circumstances:
- A large amount of previously published content, which the Faculty of Civil Engineering considers as archives, has not been analyzed due to lack of human and financial resources:
- - All graphic elements lack appropriate descriptions.
- - Video content lacks subtitles.
- - Audio materials lack transcripts.
- - Some graphic elements contain textual content other than logos.
- - Considering that the content on the website is created in collaboration with a large number of users (teachers), there may be errors in the way new content is published.
- The Faculty of Civil Engineering is continuously working to address the identified non-conformities and educate and advise users who have the rights to publish content.

This statement was drafted on September 15, 2020, according to the Accessibility Statement template compliant with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, as established by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.
The assessment of compliance with accessibility requirements is the result of the self-assessment conducted by the Faculty of Civil Engineering. The statement was last reviewed on August 3, 2020.
