The project aims to develop a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) structure that integrates financial and environmental indicators within a BIM environment to enable transparent monitoring of CO₂ emissions across all stages of a construction project. Spanning four phases—analysis of the current state, structure development, verification on a real-world project, and implementation and dissemination—the project links BIM classification systems, emission databases, and digital building models. The outcome enables the calculation of initial emission estimates during the design phase, their updating during construction, and the automated integration of ESG data, thereby supporting sustainable project management and reporting in compliance with the EU Taxonomy. The project involves interdisciplinary research and collaboration with the business sector and institutions that will provide support for both the conceptualization and validation of the final model. The results will be transferred to education and professional practice, with potential application in green public procurement.
