TopoPha

Topološke faze

O projektu

  • Projekt TopoPha istražuje sustave s netrivijalnim topološkim fazama, s naglaskom na primjene u fotonici i kvantnim tehnologijama. Istraživanja obuhvaćaju teorijske i numeričke pristupe topološkim svojstvima valova svjetlosti, dinamici kvantnih sustava s međudjelovanjem te matematičkim aspektima topologije i povezanim fizikalnim teorijama.

Ciljevi

  • Istražiti topološka svojstva valova svjetlosti u fotoničkim rešetkama.
  • Istražiti dinamiku i topološka svojstva odabranih kvantnih sustava s međudjelovanjem.
  • Istražiti matematičke aspekte problema u topologiji, teoriju verteks-algebri i vezu s fizikalnim teorijama.

Topological Phases

Project description

The TopoPha project investigates systems with nontrivial topological phases, focusing on applications in photonics and quantum technologies. The research explores theoretical and numerical approaches to the topological properties of light waves, the dynamics of interacting quantum systems, and mathematical aspects of topology and related physical theories.

Objectives

  • To investigate the topological properties of light waves in photonic lattices.
  • To study the dynamics and topological properties of selected interacting quantum systems.
  • To investigate mathematical aspects of topology, vertex algebras, and their connections to physical theories.
