Dear sixteen,
After 12 weeks, and three happy live ones, I am announcing the finishing week of our lonesome, and thus unpleasant journey. When I got to know you, I liked you a lot, and as you were taken away from me, I am still mourning the loss of spring 2020.
You have worked hard to overcome that sense of drudgery in a sterile online classroom. What I specially value in your class is an effort to produce something of your own, the determination of not just copy and paste (99 % of students). The weather being not mild, but even severe and windy has been assisting us to finish the semester bravely.
After a mountain of grading I have a solid foundation to form the marks. As far as the end notes are concerned you will be marked according to continual work you have been doing throughout all these months.
STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH GIVEN MARKS ARE SUMMONED TO SIT FOR AN EXAM.OFFICIAL DATES ARE JUNE 9TH , JUNE 16th, June 30th. You can register for any official exam date, there are three again in August/September. Please, let me know, which date you registered.
As the given dates are Tuesdays, a gym teacher’s day in the cabinet, I must move my dates to Wednesdays, where I will be regularly from 9 - 11.30. So, students who are satisfied with marks can register from Friday onwards and come next week to pick up the note.
Josip’s PPT is attached, an interesting bridge failure. Karla’s PPT is also here, presenting the well-known and somewhat mystical cathedral. Take time to listen to them.
Bastien is still due his presentations.
I hope you are all rediscovering the joys of normal living!
