Organizations involved in the project are two universities and four road authorities responsible for management, construction and maintenance of bridges on different type of roads in Croatia: motorways, state roads and county roads as well as city bridges.

• 1 full professors in the field of numerical modelling in civil engineering
• 1 associate  professor in the field of structural engineering
• 2 assistant professors in the field of structural engineering
• 1 postdoctoral researcher in the field of structural engineering
• 2 PhD candidates in the field of structural engineering
• 1 PhD candidate in the field of numerical modelling in civil engineering
• 1 PhD civil engineer working at the bridge authority
• 1 PhD traffic engineer working at the bridge authority
