Call for Participation – WMHE 2026

The Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Zagreb is organizing the 19th International Symposium on Water Management and Hydraulic Engineering (WMHE 2026), which will be held from 16 to 19 September 2026 in Opatija, Croatia (Hotel Admiral).

The symposium is organized in cooperation with partner universities from Slovakia, Poland, Czechia, North Macedonia, and Austria, continuing a long-standing tradition of international collaboration. It brings together leading scientists and professionals in the fields of water management, hydraulic engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, and related disciplines.

We warmly invite authors to submit abstracts of their research and join us in Opatija.

Extended abstract submission deadline: 31 March 2026
Notification of acceptance: 20 April 2026
Full paper submission deadline: 31 May 2026
