Pristupačnost
The Department of Mathematics is one of the eight departments of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Zagreb. Although in the 1990s it had as many as 23 faculty members (then called the Department of General Theoretical Subjects), today it has 14 faculty members and the department secretary. The Department of Mathematics differs from other departments of the Faculty of Civil Engineering in that all of its faculty members graduated from the Faculty of Science, Department of Mathematics or Physics, at the University of Zagreb. Within its teaching activities, the Department offers courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels. In addition to teaching, the staff of the Department of Mathematics also actively participate in numerous national and international scientific projects.
The Department of Mathematics is divided into two chairs:
- Chair of Mathematical Subjects
- Chair of Geometry and Physics
